We only retain collected information for as long as necessary to provide you with your requested service. What data we store, we’ll protect within commercially acceptable means to prevent loss and theft, as well as unauthorized access, disclosure, copying, use or modification.

We don’t share any personally identifying information publicly or with third-parties, except when required to by law.

Our website may link to external sites that are not operated by us. Please be aware that we have no control over the content and practices of these sites, and cannot accept responsibility or liability for their respective privacy policies.

refund Policy

If you are not happy with your purchase, we will accept a return of an unused product within 14 days. In case of Webinars and Bootcamp, refund will not be issued once you attend the live or missed the scheduled date. Refund will not be processed after the transcript or download link has been sent to you. Once we receive the returned item MedCodEdu will then give a full refund.

Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to be processed.

Discounted items are not eligible for a return.

MedCodEdu will not issue refunds for products purchased through other entities, such as distributors or retail partners.

We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the item(s) or proof of received return delivery.

We aim to accept all returns. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you. All goods will be inspected on return.
